Dr. Thomas F. Mitts earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh and completed residencies at the City of Hope Hospital, Loma Linda University, and the University of Pittsburgh. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
He opened his practice in 1980 and has practiced continuously in the San Joaquin Valley since then, serving patients who travel to his office from throughout California and beyond.
